Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Digz Placements. Your use of our services constitutes agreement to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.digzplacements.xyz, using our recruitment services, submitting your personal information, or engaging with our staff, you ("User", "Candidate", "Employer", or "Client") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" shall refer to both you as an individual and the entity you represent.

Digz Placements is a professional recruitment and staffing consultancy registered and operating under the laws of India, with its principal office located at:
We provide talent acquisition, executive search, contract staffing, career counselling, and related HR consulting services to individuals and organizations across multiple industries in Hyderabad, Telangana, and India.
3. Services Provided
Digz Placements offers the following services, subject to these Terms:
3.1 For Job Seekers / Candidates
- Registration and maintenance of a candidate profile within our database.
- Identification and recommendation of suitable job opportunities based on your profile, skills, and preferences.
- Interview scheduling and coordination between you and prospective employers.
- Career counselling, resume review, and interview preparation guidance.
- Salary negotiation support and offer management assistance.
- Ongoing career support and updates about new opportunities.
3.2 For Employers / Client Companies
- Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting based on specified job requirements.
- Background verification coordination and reference checks.
- Presentation of pre-screened candidate profiles with assessment summaries.
- Interview logistics coordination and candidate management.
- Offer management, negotiation facilitation, and onboarding support.
- Strategic HR consulting and workforce planning advisory services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice. We do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes and act as an intermediary between candidates and employers.
4. User Responsibilities โ Job Seekers
As a job seeker or candidate registering with Digz Placements, you agree to the following obligations:
- Accuracy of Information: All information provided to us, including your resume, qualifications, certifications, work history, and personal details, must be accurate, complete, and not misleading in any way.
- No Misrepresentation: You must not fabricate, falsify, or exaggerate qualifications, experience, skills, or any other information provided. Misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.
- Timely Communication: You agree to respond promptly to communications from our team regarding interviews, offers, or opportunities. Persistent non-responsiveness may result in de-activation of your profile.
- Direct Contact Prohibition: You must not bypass Digz Placements and approach employer clients directly during an active placement process without our explicit written consent.
- Confidentiality: You agree to keep confidential any information about employer clients, their hiring processes, internal structures, or compensation details that you learn through us.
- Professionalism: You agree to conduct yourself professionally in all interactions with employer clients facilitated through us, including interviews, assessments, and onboarding processes.
- Notice Period Obligations: You agree to accurately disclose your current notice period to us and honor it with your current employer upon accepting a new offer.
- No Dual Applications: If you are in an active interview process with an employer through us, you agree to inform us before independently applying to the same company through another channel.
5. Employer / Client Responsibilities
As an employer or corporate client engaging the recruitment services of Digz Placements, you agree to:
- Accurate Job Descriptions: Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information about job requirements, qualifications, compensation, company culture, and any other factors material to the candidate's decision.
- Timely Feedback: Provide timely and constructive feedback on presented candidates, typically within 5 business days of receiving candidate profiles or conducting interviews.
- Non-Circumvention: You agree not to hire, approach, or engage any candidate introduced by Digz Placements for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction without paying the applicable placement fee.
- Confidentiality: You agree to treat candidate resumes and personal information as confidential and use it solely for evaluation purposes within your organization.
- Timely Payment: Pay all agreed placement fees and retainer charges as per the fee schedule and payment terms outlined in your service agreement with us.
- Equal Opportunity: You represent that your hiring processes comply with applicable employment laws and that you do not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, caste, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Accurate Offer Terms: Ensure that compensation, benefits, and other offer terms communicated through us are accurate and will be honored in the formal offer letter.
6. Fees and Payment Terms
6.1 Candidate Fees
Digz Placements does not charge any registration or placement fee from job seekers or candidates. Our services are entirely free of charge for candidates. Any third party claiming to charge fees on behalf of Digz Placements should be reported to us immediately.
6.2 Employer / Client Fees
Fees for employer clients are determined based on the nature, seniority, and volume of positions to be filled, and are set out in a separate Service Agreement or Engagement Letter signed between the employer and Digz Placements prior to commencement of services.
- Success-Based Fee: A placement fee, typically calculated as a percentage of the placed candidate's confirmed annual cost-to-company (CTC), is payable upon the candidate joining the employer.
- Retainer Fee: For executive search or retained search engagements, an upfront retainer may be applicable, with the balance payable upon successful placement.
- Payment Timeline: All invoices are due and payable within 15 business days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late Payment: Late payments may attract an interest charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
6.3 Replacement Policy
We offer a free replacement guarantee for 90 days from the candidate's date of joining. If the placed candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for performance reasons within this period, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee, subject to the conditions outlined in the Service Agreement.
7. Notification and Communication Consent

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from us through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, or any other digital communication platforms.
These communications may relate to job opportunities, recruitment updates, service information, promotional offers, career resources, industry insights, and other information relevant to your engagement with Digz Placements.

7.1 Scope of Communications
Your consent to receive communications covers, but is not limited to, the following types of messages across the specified channels:
- SMS Notifications: Job alerts, interview reminders, offer status updates, and time-sensitive service notifications sent to your registered mobile number.
- Email Communications: Job recommendations, newsletters, resume tips, interview guidance, market updates, and promotional service announcements.
- OBD (Outbound Dialing) Calls: Automated voice calls for important job opportunity alerts, deadline reminders, and urgent communications.
- Google RCS Messages: Rich interactive messages with embedded job listings, one-tap apply functionality, multimedia content, and enhanced visual communication formats.
- WhatsApp Messages: Job notifications, career updates, company news, and personalized recruitment communication through the WhatsApp Business platform.
- Mobile Push Notifications: Real-time alerts for new job matches and time-sensitive recruitment updates (subject to device permission settings).
7.2 Opt-Out Mechanism
You retain the right to withdraw your communication consent at any time. You can opt out through the following means:
- Click "Unsubscribe" in any marketing email from us.
- Reply "STOP" to any SMS or WhatsApp message from us.
- Send an email to info@digzplacements.xyz specifying your opt-out preference.
- Call us at +91 71292 30098 to request removal from our communication list.
Opting out from marketing communications does not affect your receipt of essential transactional communications related to your active application or engagement with us.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality with respect to proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of the recruitment engagement:
- Candidate information (resumes, compensation details, reasons for job change) shared with employer clients shall be used solely for the purpose of evaluating the candidate for the specific role discussed.
- Employer information (organizational structures, unreleased business plans, compensation structures) shared with Digz Placements shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed to candidates or third parties.
- Both parties agree not to disparage or misrepresent each other in public or professional forums.
These confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of your engagement with Digz Placements for a period of 2 years.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Digz Placements website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, page layouts, code, and data compilations are the exclusive intellectual property of Digz Placements and are protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or publicly display any content from this website without our express prior written consent.
- Our name, logo, and trade dress are trademarks of Digz Placements. Use of our trademarks without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Candidate resumes and profiles submitted to us remain the intellectual property of the respective candidate, and we are granted a license to use such information for the purpose of providing recruitment services.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Digz Placements provides recruitment intermediary services and acts as a facilitator between candidates and employers. Accordingly:
- No Guarantee of Employment: We do not guarantee that any candidate will receive a job offer, or that any employer will find suitable candidates through our services.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to present accurate information about job listings and employers, we cannot guarantee the completeness or current accuracy of all information provided by employer clients.
- No Employer-Employee Relationship: Engagement with Digz Placements does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and us.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digz Placements shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, employment opportunity, or business.
- Third-Party Content: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party sites.
โ ๏ธ Our total aggregate liability in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) to Digz Placements in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digz Placements, its directors, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of any provision of these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Your provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct during or after the placement process.
12. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate their engagement with Digz Placements at any time by providing written notice via email to info@digzplacements.xyz.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate services to any candidate or employer in the following circumstances:
- Provision of false or misleading information in any form.
- Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct toward our staff or other service users.
- Breach of confidentiality obligations or non-circumvention agreements.
- Non-payment of outstanding fees beyond 30 days of the due date (for employer clients).
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations and intellectual property provisions of these Terms shall survive and remain in full effect.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Digz Placements, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at info@digzplacements.xyz. We will endeavor to resolve any concerns within 15 business days.
13.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
13.3 Jurisdiction
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
14. Amendments to These Terms
Digz Placements reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
- Sending an email notification to active registered users.
- Displaying a prominent notice on our website.
Continued use of our services after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please contact us to deactivate your account and remove your information.
